Hi,
PURCHASE
I am an owner of Ntorque which i purchased on *nd november **** spending * lakh of my savings(Have attached all the invoices etc) . Taken delivery from Dynamic TVS at mahavir enclave.
*st SERVICE AT DYNAMIC TVS DABRI
Got first service done at *** KM from Dynamic tvs authorised service station at Dabri on (date) invoice of which is attached for your reference where they have mentioned the Oil change and charged for the same. And for *nd service the due date is mentioned and told to get it done between **** to ****Km.
ENGINE STOPPED SUDDENLY RSA SERVICE ONLY A SHOW PIECE TO CHARGE BUT NO ASSISTANCE
Now on **st december **** while riding Ntorq to my office in the morning at *:** am it suddenly stopped in the middle of the highway near delhi-gurgaon toll plaza.Note the KM reading at this time was **** KM. I tried to get it started but it didn't. I tried connecting RSA *********** but it always said all agents are busy will call you back but not received any assistance. I pulled the scooter **km from delhi-gurgaon toll to Dynamic motor service station at Dabri and it took me * hours and lots of effort and pain.
VISIT AT DYNAMIC MOTOR SERVICE STATION TO GET IT CHECKED
Now the person at service station checked the scooty and found that the Oil chamber was completely dry(attached the video of the inspection) and job card made by the service personal.
COMPLAIN----
-Now the question arises if at the time of *st service at *** Km engine oil was replaced then how can it become empty at **** Km???? It clearly indicates at the time of first service the oil was not checked and replaced and charged in invoice fradulently.
-When i paid for the RSA service why it is not accessible why i had to pull it along **Km????
-Why should i get the engine work done for my new Ntorq only after * months when the fault is from service station side???
For TVS Motors i may b among one of their million-billion riders who doesnot matter much, But for me * Lakh of my saving matters which i spent to purchase Ntorq.
Writing this to all the Sr Management in hope that they must be valuing their every individual customers that is why made this brand such big. What my request is to investigate this strictly and take action against the negligence of Service station. And help me to get my Ntorq functional as it was before.
