I joined the Banknifty crash course on ** January **** for a fee of Rs ****/- wherein I was told that I will have live classes which actually started from ** February ****. I suffered a lot in between and asked them for a refund which they didn't do at that time.

After I attended the live classes, I found that the trainer actually is fooling people and doesn't have any knowledge. The trainer himself is the owner of the academy and his name is Sahil Bhati (Not sure as not revealed clearly). The course is kept so confidential that no one student can connect with others. The chats are turned off for everyone, the mics are turned off too, people can only interact and ask questions when the trainer wants. As it's an online course, chats should be open for everyone but it is kept closed and only Mr. Sahil Bhati can see the chats so that no negative reviews impact the class. The staff is including Mr. Sahil is immature, rude, and abusive. No feedback is accepted.

Since I was not happy with the course, I asked for a refund, which was denied bluntly by saying that there is no refund policy. Mr. Sahil Bhati removed me from the course saying"Bye Bye from NSE Expert Academy" although my hard-earned money is still with them. (Screenshots attached below)-There is only this telegram link to connect with Sahil Bhati, he has not revealed his number.

Instead of listening to my problem, the staff started comparing my issues with others by saying everyone except me is liking the course.
I was even ridiculed by one of the staff members by saying that"I am not able to understand the course, it's my fault"

They stopped responding and taking my calls. They even said that you can still join the course, but I should have never been removed from the course of live training as I have paid the fees and waited for almost a month for the course to start.

There is no discipline, no transparency, no negative feedback accepted but only fake promises about all of the above are made.

They even call themselves ISO certified but I could not find them on MCA. I am not sure if they are really ISO certified. Please verify this if possible.

I have wasted a lot of my time, being ill-treated and mentally harassed by NSE Expert Academy and its owner.

They are fraudsters, cheaters, and liars. They are just looting innocent people.

They have no relevant information on their site about their company, owners, legalities, regulations, etc. Even the email ids provided by them are not active.


I request you to please help me get my refund of the fees and also get compensated for the mental and emotional harassment along with the wastage of my time.

Also, they have put all fake reviews everywhere on Google and social media, as around ***% of the reviews are positive, which is not possible practically.

I request you to please take severe action against them as they are stealing innocent people's money and ruining the education system by spreading wrong information. This is very critical.
