Novaplay Steam Game Purchase - Novaplay Payment debited purchase not successful
MUHAMMED AMEEN O filed complaint against Novaplay Steam Game Purchase on Dec 13, 2025
I made a payment on online gaming app Steam using Nova Play the amount has been debited from my account and not submitted to the online website. Steam says they have not received any payments from Nova Play. I have contacted Nova Play but no refund has been issued. Please can you take a look into this.
