Ad Estore - Not working item

I ordered dell latitude laptop for only *** plus ** after tax and shipping fee. They send me new dell latitude laptop same as they advertised in facebook but they send me not working laptop. After I called many times and contacted them they told me that they will replace it but after i found out that their company is fraud as I saw many complaints about them in social media I doubt that they will not replace or maybe they will replace it very bad item as complainants said about them. And they blocked me when I ask for the location and PO box of their shop.
