Jio Company - Not Working Device

I purchased the JioExtender* AX**** WiFi * Mesh
online. from Jio.com
*. I called the customer service to Install the device
*. They asked to contact the nearest Service Center. I took the device and gave to them.
*. Service Engineer came and the device is not working as expected
*. I asked for Replacement or Refund.
*. When I call the Customer care they are asking me to contact the Jio Service in TVM. When I call the Jio Service in TVM they are asking me to contact the Customer care.
I have spend * weeks on this and No Response or the Problem is solved .
Some of the Answer Provided to me by you Jio PERSON IN TRIVANDRUM
*. Jio Service Manager in Trivandrum +** **** *** *** You are the only person who purchased the device in Kerala and Why did you Buy this device and we don’t have Engineers to Support. You Call the Customer care as you Purchased the device online . I cannot do anything.
Today i visited again they are asking me to Buy * Devices and this information in not in the Manual or Website.
This has wasted my time/Money and Huge Stress
