I have paid my full loan emi but they do not update it and collection department call me daily to pay emi. When I told him that I had paid the full loan amount then they check it and told me that you have paid the emi but from next day they again started to call for pay the emi.I also complain more than ** times they raised complain ticket numbers and after three days they closes the complain ticket number without solving the problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
