Zest money customer care number - Not taken a loan but showing it

In March I saw that zest money and other lenders has blocked me I don't know y at that point of time, than i checked my cibil report and it shows overdue amount of zest money loan which is ****, and in application I had paid that loan already, and since I filed a complaint against it and they are fooling me since March and my issue not been resolved yet and others lenders also blocked me because now my cibil report is weak by zest money fault, so kindly please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
