Jai Shree ram - Not shifted connection now no response of devices refund

I had buy new connection in march month and paid * month advance payment . Due to lock down I am not able to use broad band also my office address change due to some issue almost * days waste with exitel customer care but no solution on connection shifting which is less then *** meters due to exitel don't have any service of there own they depend on distributor now after * days they told me we can't shift connection I told to give refunds of advance payment and device security but again no response from exitel no distributor came to collect device if i call for new connection there people came in one day if we call for any service then they ignore this is called a cheater company.
