Eureka Clan Private Limited - Not share ofer products

I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. submitting this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.

On **th Jan **** ,I purchased Euroclean WD X* from Eureka Forbes, Cochin. While purchasing I was offered with Watch and bulb but yet I didn't get the offers you promised to me. I tried to contact your customer service team but they don't even pick up the phone and also they blocked my call .Before purchasing the product they called me more than thrice in a day but after purchased the item service providing is very poor and irresponsible. How can I suggest your product to my colleagues if this is the case. The sale executive who marketed this product is Vishnu , phno: ********** , now he blocked my call not even responding .

If you are not willing to provide me what you offered while buying the product, certainly I will file a complaint in consumer court. All the relevant documents are attached below. I kindly ask you to resolve this problem at the earliest .I really do hope you handle my case in urgent fashion and provide an adequate solution fast.
