Amity University Online Noida - Not Satisfied with the Amity University Online Course

I have enrolled for Amity University Online BBM course on *nd of June ****, i paid the first year fees of ₹ ***** /- in full on **th May ****, The classes were started on **nd July **** as it was already late to start, when the classes are started there are no live lectures or no interactive sessions with the fellow students, the classes were pre-recorded classes. Like YouTube videos, when I contact my Admission Counsellor about this matter, she stated as there won’t be any live lectures other than Q&A sessions. so I told her that i am not satisfied with the course. Before when i was enrolling this course, the faculty told me the course will be as same as offline course and it has same value. But Its clear its not the same without any interactive sessions and i am sure this is not the proper way to teach Bachelors Degree course. I have contacted Amity University faculty multiple times to find a solution for this matter and initiate a fair refund for me. i have paid my fee for one year upfront and they told me the refunds are not possible. This is not fair and its not acceptable. I have been trying to get a solution for this problem for past one month still they are not helping me.
