House Of Rare - Not returning my product

I scheduled a return pickup of rare rabbit product and by mistake gave wrong item. Without checking they took it. After realising i couriered them the right product which got delivered to them but they are not providing the return and my product back.Also they are not picking up my call and not responding my emails
