India fashion exports - Not returning a delivered order

I ordered a suit piece from India_fashion_exports on *th July and it got delivered on **th July for which they committed ** day easy return and exchange. Upon not receiving satisfactory product, I requested a return to which they said it will be returned in ** days time. But now they are not responding to my messages and have given a whatsapp number which says that now the order will be exchanged after **th August. On asking for any guarantee, they said there is no guarantee. This is highly taxing for any consumer to buy stuff and then upon return being tortured every day. I request you to pls help me out in returning their product and get by **** in return.
