Indigo air ticket - Not returned 95 refund amount

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had booked flight from make mytrip. I booked IndiGo flight going and return on **th March ****. I had booked tickets on **th March and I had cancelled ticket on **th March. But airlines took * days for refund money. They initiated rs. ****/- refund amount only. Sir/Madam, I had paid rs. ****/-. If they deduct *% no problem to me. But they deduct **% amount from me. If it's near the date of travel I will accept it. But after one day before I had cancelled and I requested. They must return the amount upto rs. ****/-. I am a middle class woman. I don't have money so I paid money from my credit card. I have to return this money to my credit card. I don't have money right now. This is first time I booked flight. In bus or train if we cancelled last movement we get **% amount. I am requesting you to please consider this matter and please help me to get my money back. I had attached all documents here .
