Rama Star Vision Cable Tv Network, Haridwar - Not return ing the refundable amount

I was a costumer of Rama Star Vision cable TV network, till first week of Dec ****, but now operator is not giving my refundable amount although I have paid the all my previous bills. They told on the phone ** days back that they will send a person with a form and he'll take my set top box. But after that nobody came till now and they are even not picking my call up.. I have recording of the call and some chat which was exchanged some days ago where the operator was once again lying to me. I am attaching the call records of *th dec when he commitee that he will send a person for set top box.
