I ordered a bouquet of flower to be delivered at a certain address and also paid the required amount. They haven't yet confirmed my order, but have deducted money. Now I want to cancel my order and want to get my money back. I have also sent them many emails asking them to refund but all in vain, they haven't responded even to one, neither are they confirming my order
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
