** march ko meri gadi ka accident hua or mena insurance policy k sath claim form fill karke sabhi jaruri documents or accident k photo tata motors ( sri ganganagar ) m jma karva diye .
** March ko server n muje documents verification k liye bulaya. Us time server n muje bola *,* din m gadi ka repair start ho jaega. Par gadi ga estimate jiyada aaya or gadi total loss category m aa gae . Uske baad muje koi information nahi aae.
Server se jab mena contact Kiya to ounhone bahut hi galat tarike se baat ki
Na hi company ka helpline number work kar reha na hi update muje mila.
Mena mail Kiya to dobara se muje claim form send kar diya.
All documents k sath Claim form fill karke send Kiya to uska bhi abhi tak koi Rpy nahi aaya.
Irdai k bima bharosa portal p complaint Kiya uska bhi koi response nahi
Grievance Redressal Officer M email karke complaint kiye ** din ho chuke ha uska bhi koi response nahi ha.
