Zink London - Not responding for returns

I ordered a dress from zink london , when i received and opened it , i didnt like the colour of the product so i wished to return it , so i made a request for return in the site , but my resquest has been in pending for more than * days, and i sent *-* mails to customer care but no response, i dont want this product now but i dont know how to get return and refund
