Gadget saving shop - Not responding and refunding the money

Divya rajpurohit filed complaint against Gadget saving shop on May 15, 2019

This company said they will charge * dollars for ordering a lamp but when I saw account balance they charged ** dollars for some VIP membership without even information. Now it was mentioned in the mail that I can cancel the order so I mailed instantly to cancel the order and membership. But they are hardly replying. Now my money is taken by them and I am begging them to give me my money. But they are not replying.
