Shoppwithstyle - Not responding after taking the payment

I've order clothes from the page called shoppwithstyle on Instagram. Firstly they were not even giving me proper information secondly after placing the order and paying them the full money, after some day one of my friends gave me bad reviews about page so i tried to message them to cancel my order. But they're not even seeing my messages they're posting time to time but not seeing my messages and not replying to me either. I want my money back.
