Iffalcon - Not Resolving Damaged Products

I Bought Iffalcon By TCL TV On **-**-**** With * Years Of Brand Warranty And * Years Of Extended Warranty From Reliance Digital.
So, First Time When The Problem Was Occurred On My TV Which Is Horizontal Line On Display, I Filed Complaint At Reliance Resq Website On Exact Same Date Which Was ** Feb **** Then Person Came By He Checked The TV Recorded Video Of The Horizontal Line Over The Display And He Opened Up The TV And Recorded Inside Parts Also And Said That We Will Come After A Week And Never Came Back To Resolve It. So, I File Complaint Again And Again And Again, But They Never Resolved The Problem. I Filed Total * Complaints From February To March At Reliance Resq And * Complaints At TCL Official Website. I Was Extremely Exhausted Because Of That So I Filed Complaint At Consumerhelpline.Gov.In Just Before * Days When Brand Warranty Going To End. Date Was ****-**-**. But No Response ** Days Passed By Then I Called To NCH, And They Advised Me To Visit Edaakhil.Nic.In Exact One Month Ago. I Didn't Know What To Do Until I Find Voxya. So, Need Your Help.
