Acma Computers Limited - Not replying my mails and calls for my FNF amount

I was working as desktop support enginner at Larsen & Toubro (Hazira), an employee of ACMA computers ltd. I have given proper * month notice period, and my last working day was **-**-****. As per ACMA rules and regulation FNF amount will be cleared in ** days. I have mailed them on **-**-**** and called multiple times to HR but not giving satisfied answers.
I hope you will help me in getting my FNF amount.
