I purchased a phone from flipkart on june. After ** days it shows complaints while taking videos, and WiFi couldn't connect then while it switch off it can't switch on. Then i contact service center because of corona i got appointment on August first then they service it. Then i collected on August **th. Now again same issues started (Wi-Fi signal) . So called customer care, they suggested for repairing again. The repairing centre ** km far from me. Bus service not here properly so i need to call a taxi for giving the phone after servicing again i need to call taxi. More than **** I paid for * st service. Again i need to spent same amount for second service, I can't.
What i want to do. I really fed up with this phone. I'm a school teacher if i give the phone for service i couldn't do my duties on time. So kindly replace my phone.find the attachments..
This is the communication with company..they not agree for the replacement,only referring repear.
