I buy an LCD tv on ** March **** and I have warranty card of * years on ** January **** my tv display is not showing the perfect picture. I complain to videocon customer care and complaint reference number is HYD********** will be serviced by FAIYAZ**********, SVC Point ********** Provide SCode S***** only if satisfactory job is done, Appt Dt-**/**/**,*:**PM but higher authority tell me to sell ur tv to our dealer in **** hundred or **** thousand I tell them complaint to consumer forum the court decides about this matter so kindly guide me or help me.
