Subject: Complaint against The Knowledge Academy Institute - Unfair Increase in Examination Fees
Dear Consumer Forum,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with The Knowledge Academy Institute, where I enrolled for the Prince* Agile course on **th Jan ****. Initially, the institute assured me that the course fee of ***** INR covered both training and examination costs.
However, to my dismay, when I requested the examination vouchers in December ****, I was suddenly informed of an additional ***** INR fee due to an alleged increase in prices. This is a clear violation of the agreed terms, and I find it extremely unfair and unprofessional.
The institute's staff has been exceptionally rude and unresponsive to my complaints, providing no resolution to the matter. I am facing financial constraints and cannot afford this unexpected expense, especially when it was not disclosed earlier.
I feel harassed and stuck in this situation, especially as my course expiry is approaching. I seek your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring that The Knowledge Academy Institute rectifies their unjust actions
