I ordered blue kurt. Meesho delivered blue kurti. Now they marked the item as undelivered in their app. I contacted several times in the customer care through email. However now it is more than one month and they have not refunded. I want refund of amount and compensation for the mental torture I am experiencing as they are not refunding along with the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
