Indiaghoomo - not refunding the money

I was planning a solo trip to thailand for *D*N during the ** Aug,**** week so inquired about a holiday package on tripoto.com .Then i received a call from IndiaGhoomo agent Rajesh (**********) i told him about my requirements then he mailed me the package information which costs Rs **,***. After that he told me send him the scan copy of passport and to transfer Rs ***** for hotel and flight bookings. I transferred the money using google pay (Bank Details : IDBI Bank, INDIA GHOOMO, Account No:****************, IFSC: IBKL*******) on Jul *, ****. After some time i received the hotel booking confirmation and he said the he will send flight booking shortly so after * days i received the flight tickets on whatsapp. I was going solo on this trip so after few days one of my friend wanted to join me so i gave the agent's number to the friend (Chinar Lilhare) they had a talk regarding this and he also transferred the money using google pay. But he didn't get any confirmation mail or any kind of booking confirmation . He waited for few days then called the agent he said he will send tickets shortly but didn't send them . So chinar told me regarding this after that i also called and texted the agent but he always said he will send the tickets but never did. Then i started doubted my flight tickets too so i checked with Thai air Malindo airlines they told me there is no booking in my name after that i told the agent about the tickets being fake and i want the tickets again with booking reference or invoice information . Then he told me to talk to his senior named Prashant (**********) whom when i call just said i will send the tickets after that around for ** days he daily said i will send the tickets but never did. And on Aug **,**** he said he is not able to book the tickets and will refund the money. I asked him transfer the money using google pay but he said acc. to company policy he can only transfer in the bank account. I gave him the account information and after * days of that i received a mail from sales.indiaghoomo@gmail.com asking my account details which i mailed them and i waited for ** days after that and send them a mail as i didn't get the refund but they didn't reply to me. So now i am filing this complaint against the IndiaGhoomo for not refunding the money and also tried to do the fraud using the fake flight tickets. I want my refund amount Rs ***** and also the compensation for the whole ordeal i had to go through. And now i am checking on internet there are many other people who have complaint against this IndiaGhoomo. So kindly help me regarding this
