Agas Auto Tech - Not refunding the amount

My name is S.Rajesh s/o S.Srinivas Rao. I am from Hanamkonda, Telangana. My father has a harvester rental business named SRST Harvesters here in Hanamkonda.

G.Alagumuthu proprietor of AGAS AUTO TECH has contacted us through social media platform (facebook) and offered to deliver the spare parts for our machinery at low price. Me and my father agreed for the deal.

On **-Oct-****. I have transferred the amount for the spare parts worth Rs **,***/- to the G.Alagumuthu's bank account through SBI netbanking.

On *-Nov-****. I have received the spare parts worth only Rs ***/- through VRL Logistics services for which I had paid the amount Rs ***/- for transportation.

For the delivery of the remaining spares I have tried contacting him multiple times. But he hadn't responded. After a couple of weeks later. He responded and accepted his default. For which he accepted upon refund the remaining amount of  Rs **,***/-.

But after that I have again tried calling him multiple times. But till now he is neither attaining the call nor refunding the remaining amount.
