Vms home tuition - Not refunding the amount which i have deposit for the services

I have applied for the teachership in VMS home tution, they said they ill allot me classes in one month but and I have deposit the money bt its been * months now they didnt even allot me a single class and as I asked for the refund they said they ill not refund the money because i was waiting to complete for the ** days and I didn't apply for the class I applied their *-* times but they didnt respone I called and asked to the lady she said she that she is too busy to see and missed It,
Secondly- the applicantion which they are providing that is not working properly and not updated in time
