Vasavi Furniture Industry - Not refunding the amount despite failing to deliver by committed date

We have transferred ***** for which they have to deliver the sofa by **.**.****. which was mentioned in thw work order. After receiving the advance ,None of them responded after payment of advance. They are not willing to refund the money though none of the team worked on the order. They have failed to deliver the product as per the deal.
