MMR Trip - Not Refunding the Amount after cancellation of Air Ticket

It is related to cancellation of my Air Asia ticket Srinagar to Delhi on **-**-**** with PNR-no- LUCSUR.
Sir I have cancelled this ticket through Air Asia, Air Asia has processed the refund (As informed by customer care of Amount around INR-****).Air Asia informed that the Amount will be credited in the account of agency from where you have booked the ticket (MMR Trip).Since then I have tried ( still trying) a lot by all means (Phone/mail/WhatsApp) but there is no response from there end. Now they are even not replying/picking the mail/phone,. Hence it is requested to please direct the agency to refund my due payment.
