Colife Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is providing accomodation services. I'm stayed there from **/**/**** to **/**/****. I paid Rs. *,*** as deposit at the time of joining. They told me that I will get refund in ** days of vacation to my bank account, but I received an email on **/**/**** with DYD offer of Rs. *,*** after deducting all the charges. I refused to take the offer and inform through the app to refund Rs. *,***(actual refundable amount) as per email. I'm following up with them from last ** days on this but didn't get proper response. I request you to help me to get the deposit amount.
