Stay classy - Not refunding my payment

I ordered * mobile cases and one holder from this website almost two weeks ago but I don't get neither a message nor a mail about confirmation of order. Then i wasn't able to track my order and it was a prepaid order. So i tried to call to them but they never responded. then i send them a mail with my full address and name from which I've ordered but they didn't reply then i again emailed them and messaged them on insta to so then they finaaly replied to me and told me that "your payment is showing failed in our system please show us a sms or screenshot of payment deduction Message" Then showed them a screenshot of payment which i made while ordering.then they said "As we didn't receive, it will reverse back to you from CCAvenue payment gateway company" with a screenshot of ordering amount and date and type screenshot. They i asked them sir can you tell me when will i get my money back then.. then again they send me the ss of that slip which they've send me earlier and said nothing..i thought it means I'll get my money soon . But more than a week passed i didn't get my money back . Then i again send them messages but they aren't replying.
