Happyeasygo - Not refunding my money

Indigo Airline refunded money for my two tickets to this fraud company happyeasygo on ** August and ** September. I even shared refund reference number with them which i received from the airline when refund was completed but this fraud site is only sending me automated emails that they need to contact airline for refund. Why do they need to contact airline when they already have my money ?? What are they doing with my money since almost * months, I fail to understand that. I am mentally exhausted by chasing them every single day for my hard earned money and my mental health is also being affected. Please help me get my refund.
