BYJU S - Not refunding my money

I've purchased Byjus product on **/**/**** for my daughter, they told me i can cancel and get a refund for this anytime before ** days of product received. After ** days i called byjus representative to cancel this package and initiate my refund but they told me that our student service expert kanishka will call you tomorrow for the same issue but i haven't received any call and then again on next i called customer care and they told me i'll receive call next day then after * days i got a call from kanishka and she said that our refund is initiated and i'll get a call within **hrs for the procedure of the refund but * days has been passed and i didn't received any call. They misbehave on call i have all the recordings also i have filed criminal complaint against their representatives and byjus for looting me and misbehaving with me. I want my refund back as soon as possible .
