Fingo shop - Not refunding my money

I ordered earphone from fingo shop but the product was of very low quality I returned the product next day and talked with their customer care executive they said me that your money will be refunded within *-* days but today its *th day I am trying customer cares no.but they are Not picking any call just texting me message thanks for calling we regret very poor customer service
