meesho app LAXMI - not refunding my money

i have placed an order on *th august...but they delivered a dirty useless old cloth instead of the outfit which i ordered.then i request for refund..they picked up the order for return on **th august and hve shown that your money will be refunded by **th night.they have'nt refunded my money till now...i hve contacted to customer care * times they always say wait for * days or * day..nobody is doing anything....is this the way how they treat their customer???
