Arean animation - Not refunding my fees

Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I am writing to inform you that because of my medical issue And also due to health issues and quitting my job, I cannot pay my expenses. And not continuing my course further so, I wish to cancel my admission to the VFX composition and editing course composition and editing in your Sector ** Gurgaon institution.
My total fee is Rs.******/-
And I paid *****, Of which ***** is a down payment and ***** in * monthly installments.
And had completed only * software only that is (Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition)
I shall be grateful to you if you cancel my admission and refund my fee, which I have paid to your Institution. I reached you with some hope. my institutions' members denied to refund my money please help me with this
