I placed order of amnt Rs.**** and did the online payment. After three days there were no udate on my shipment. When contacted on Cx care number **********,he said my order is cancelled due to unavailability of delivery person at my pin code.When asked for refund he is asking for acnt number and cvv details. When I said do the payment from paytm or google pay , then for paytm he is asking for login password and for google pay also asking for acnt details. Who ask for ant details while doing online transaction from paytm or google pay
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
