Made Easy Learnings Private Limited - Not Refunding Money

I have applied for classroom course for ESE for C batch which is going to start on **/**/****. I have paid advance fee Rs.**,***/- and study material fee **,***/- total Rs. *****/- on **/**/**** through online transaction from my account of AXIS bank branch Nashik Road .
Due to COVID pandemic classroom courses could not be started on scheduled date . Due to lock down institute could not cleared that classroom courses will start in future.
View to this I decided to take admission in M.Tech as I had qualified GATE **** exam and latter I got selected for M.Tech course at IIT ROORKEE and take admission on **/**/****.
Since I planned to opt for M.Tech due to not startig classroom course by MADE EASY I demanded refund of my tuition fee and study material fee paid total Rs.*****/- for refund . I emailed my ** applications between **/**/**** to */**/**** and also contacted on phone to Made Easy Delhi centre manager. MADE EASY management first procrastination and latter refused to refund fee even though it is promised that "Student can avail fee refund facility with in * days of class room course" which is mentioned in my tax invoice to.
I have need money for my academic needs but institute refused for refund since last two months I mentally tortured and harassed by institute.
