I have ordered * hoodie from gymx in Feb **** for which I have paid through Bhim app. But when the product came delivery boy asking for payment as according to him product is COD. So I call customer care of gymx they said sir please give him the money we will refund you after the end of March. So I paid again for the hoodie. When I checked the product there is no tag indicating size. It is of very small size then instead of their fault, I returned the product by myself from the post office as on pick up facility is available which cost me ** Rs. After that, they send other product in place of it. When I asked for my money in the month of April **** they say that sir you can buy our product with that money we cannot refund your money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
