I purchased ticket for a movie on **-**-****. Due to some problem with the ticket generating portal at the theatre, Rs *** got stuck. They said that it would be refunded in * working days. It has been ** days, but I have still not got the refund. The Manager has been saying that it would take * more days for the last ** days. The Manager is not taking the call anymore and the customer care is also not responding.
