Shri Kartikeya Life Spaces Pvt Ltd - Not refunding Money

Shri Kartikeya Life Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is one of the real estate marketing company in Hyderabad. They approched me for plot sale in Aamogha Gardenia situated at Gagilapur Village, Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, State of Telangana. HMDA LP No ***/LO/Plg/HMDA/**** in the month of Feb-****. They agreed to sale plot number ** on behalf of Land Lords has offered to sell the Plot.No.**, Admeasuring *** sq. yards in Aamogha Gardenia situated in Survey Nos ***/A, ***/AA for the amount of Rs. **,**,***. They told the HDFC bank loan is also available for loan seekers and they said they do the immediate registrations. Based on agreement of sale I have paid **,**,*** on **/**/**** and I said remaining amount I go for bank loan. I have given required documents for bank loan. After that they told HDFC is not offering loan and IDBI Bank is offering loan for this plot. Then I have submitted required documents to IDBI bank on **/**/**** and Kartikeya comapany has to provide the required documents related to plot. But they haven't submitted till **-Mar-**** and every time when I called them for providing plot documents for loan process they said they will submit in one or two days. After lot of followups they again ask me to go for new application in the month of June-**** through the third party loan processing vendor called "Raj Enterprises"(They collect all the documents required for loan application and submit to the IDBI bank). I have again gave the documents from my side and after some days Kartikeya company also provided plot num:** required documents to IDBI bank loan process. IDBI Gachibowli branch bank sanctioned the loan and I have paid Rs.***** loan processing fee to the bank. Bank has done verification for ** plot documents and site visits and documented all the proofs. Still Kartikeya company has to provide some more documents for loan disbursement. Kartikeya company delayed documents submission. I have requested Karikeya company MD M. Ashok Kumar many times to return my money as they couldn't provide the documents. Then comany MD asked more time for submitting the documents and he also said in case if they couldn't submit the documents they will return my money with interest. But they haven't submitted the documents till December-****. I went several times to their office and requested MD to return my money. Every time he replied that registration will be done in *days and next Monday, Friday like that. In the month of Jan-**** without informing me and IDBI Bank, Kartikeya company had submitted plot number ** document in the place of plot ** with the help of IDBI loan processing person(Sagar Reddy) and Raj Enterprises. They just replaced the plot number documents for bank loan and they didn't informed the IDBI Bank manager. IDBI bank re-sanctioned the loan and disbursed the loan for plot number **. While IDBI bank scrutiny the documents they found the plot number ** in place of **. By that time they already dismissed loan document collecting employee Sagar Reddy for some other reasons. Now the bank manager suspected the plot number change without informing the bank and they rejected the loan on **-**-****. I almost waited ** months for registration and bank loan process but it didn't happened. Every time Kartikeya company MD said registration will be done in *days or Monday or Friday. I requested him to return my money with interest. He said he will return my money and after several requests he just gave Rs.*,**,*** till now(returned *Lakhs after one week of the loan rejection and after ** days he transferred ******. After one and half month he gave *,**,***). Still I need to get **Lakhs of remaining amount from Kartikeya MD. After that every day he his saying he will give my money in *days or next Monday and next Friday. Kartikeya company MD is not picking my calls also. Its more than *months after the loan rejection and still he is not returning my money. They will do this again for one more year. All my hard earned money and my time and all my efforts went in wain. I cheated by the Shri Kartikeya Life Spaces Pvt. Ltd. company MD M.Ashok Kumar. So I decided to file a case on MD M. Ashok Kumar. Please help me to get my money and interest for all these days.
