Indiabulls Dhani - Not refunding money and told to pay total due which was due after a month tk pah now itself

I have to get **** refund from dhani till now i have been complaining then daily about this they tell to send paytm wallet passbook front page and pdf of wallet please gude me from where i can give wallet details which contains failed transaction and also i have activated upgraded card limit by giving *** but till today i have used ***** in total and daily I have paid my first emi properly but today they have asked me to pay full used amount despite it should he paid on next months pleas help me to file a leagal case on this fraud app which takes subscription amount also gives money and asks back it within *-*days every emi conversation is fake.This dhani is fully fraud and the owners like this company should first get corona and die .they have aet my **** plus today told to pay hole amount which we pay because of auto debit fier where bank charge bounce charges these type of fraud people should die first.
