Testbook - Not Refunding money

I bought study package from testbook.com
The course for which i bought the package turns out to be expired and not accessible.
So i asked for the refund. They told me that i will recieve the money with *-** working days and so far i haven't recieved any money. I contacted them multiple times and every time they came up with some excuse and told me you have to send us mail and stuff and your wallet Statement because we already have initiated your refund request. I contacted my E-Wallet customer care and i was told there was no transaction related to refund or testbook.com so i contacted Testbook.com and now they telling me that we have already initiated your transfer and you should wait so we can offer you more details about it. It has be ** days since they allegedly initiated my refund.
