Ajio life by Reliance - Not refunding money

I returned an order and AJIO refunded my money into wallet. They dint ask my bank account details while returning. I kept calling their customer care and mailing them to refund my money into bank account. It’s almost been a month I returned the product and I dint get my refund. They keep telling some or other excuse, but they don’t refund money. I don’t know for how long I should wait for the refund.
