www huionindia com - Not refunding and not replying

I ordered an huion H**** tab worth **** inr from www.huionindia.com. After my money got debited from my bank, i checked the order page but it said that there are no orders. I smelled something fishy after one day when it was not updated. At first i contacted the payment gateway company(CCAvenue) and they said my order was processed successfully and forwarded to my merchant and I should try contacting them for the order status. I tried to contact www.huionindia.com in several ways, emailing them calling them and messaging them on messenger but they didn't reply, even after seeing it. So I messaged huion's official fb and they said the website was co-owned by a company called tekCurve in Bangalore, Karnataka. They gave an email to try contact directly(krishnan@tekcurve.com) but they also didn't reply. After trying so many times, I am complaining here to get my refund back.
