I have ordered a Cake for my friend on **/* **** . They accepted the order and I paid *** through net banking , after a few minutes I received mail that the order has been cancelled could not be deliver to that location { thirunelveli} . ur amount will be refunded within * working days. But yet to receive my money back. I sent lot of mails reg this to them but there is no rply from their side.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
