Catwalksaree com - Not refunded my money nor replaced

I have placed an order and the company sent the wrong product just like a fake. I tried contacting them for replacement or refund amount but they are not responding to calls and mails.
Expected: I want a refund.

I had got wrong product as that of ordered. Received saree is old and it's of worst quality. Expected resolution : Refund
