Sivasakthi Supermarket - Not Refunded for returned product

I have purschased a product from Sivasakthi supermarket worth Rs. ** on **/**/**** which expiry date is * months nearer... and the product label is scratched over... So i want to return that product... i went to the shop on next day evening around *'o clock(**/**/****).
The shop girls are told that manager is not here now... you come on next day morning... Again i went to that shop at the time of **.**pm that time also, the manager is not there... again i went to that shop around *.**pm, this time the manager gone for lunch, hence a shop girl asked me to come after *.**pm.
then I'll went to the shop on **th December **** around *.**pm... Finally i got the manager.... By this time, before i leave the house i checked the bottle, n it was sealed inside... just * mins to reach that shop from my home... i gave that bottle to the shop girl she brings it to the manager... they took * to **mins to inspect that bottle... then he and a shop girls along came to me, and told there is * months to expiry... y do you want to return... i told i can't finish up this item within * months and the label is scratched so it looks like an old stock so i want to return it... then the took up the next point... that shop girl opened the plastic cap and showed mr that the seal was half opened so we couldn't return it... and then i didn't open it... i came the next day of purschase to return it... the manager argued with me... and to prove the seal was opened... he brings another bottle, he opened it to show me that inside the bottle was completely sealed... but unfortunately while opening the bottle itself the content are popped out of the bottle... but he managed it as i squeezed the bottle that why it's popped out... then again he argued with me... and told that he couldn't return it... i told i don't need that product... hence he asked that shop girl to throw the product to their dustbin... and she did so... he couldn't refund or exchanged for that product... and behaved rudely...
i lost my money.

Kindly take action and help me to grt my money back.
