Online Medical Store India - Not refund my money back

I have ordered the medicine Gibil **mg, they said they need a prescription. I had sent the prescription. In the prescription the medicine name is Ginkocer, the same combination and alternative medicine are GIBIL. After * days they are saying no stock and need a prescription for Gibil and they ask me to cancel and after I cancel they deduct Rs.*** and refund my money. I didn't do any mistake and it is not mention in the website clearly.
